This page explains how to delete personal data associated with UltFace — including uploads, generation outputs, and account information — without confusion about what lives on your device versus our servers.
Overview
Unlike fully on-device apps, UltFace processes uploads on our backend to create AI keepsakes. Account data, credit balances, job metadata, and output media may be stored on our systems while your account is active.
Option 1: Delete your entire account
The fastest way to request erasure of account-linked personal data:
- Open UltFace
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account
- Confirm deletion

Option 2: Sign out (Google-linked)
On Profile, tap Sign out to clear the verified session on this device and continue as a new guest. This does not delete your Google-linked account or server-side credits/creations — use Delete account for that.
Option 3: Clear local browser data
Guest sessions use local storage (device ID and access token). Clearing site data in your browser removes the local session keys. A new guest account may be created next visit if you do not sign in with Google again.
- Open your browser settings for this site
- Clear cookies / site data for UltFace
- Reload the app
What data users can expect to be removed
- Account identifiers (email, Google subject ID, display name, avatar URL)
- Device ID association on the deleted account
- Access to profile and job history for that account
- Uploads and generation outputs made inaccessible or deleted per storage lifecycle after account deletion
Partial deletion requests
If you want specific creations or uploads removed without deleting the whole account, email support@denovate.app with the approximate creation time and product name. We will process reasonable requests within 30 days.
Retention
Some security logs or payment records may be retained 30–90 days (or longer where required for accounting / legal obligations) before permanent erasure or anonymization. Stripe retains payment data under its own policies.
Entertainment note
Deleting data does not change the nature of past outputs you may have already shared outside the Service. Outputs are entertainment keepsakes, not medical records.
