Which product should I pick?
- Baby Face Reveal — you have an ultrasound and want a still baby-face keepsake (5 credits).
- Future Baby Generator — two parent photos, no scan needed (6 credits).
- Baby Reveal Video — ultrasound → short animated hello clip (15 credits).
Still unsure? If the input is a scan, start with Baby Face Reveal. If the input is two faces, use Future Baby.
Credits & billing
Credit packs are purchased through Stripe checkout in the web app. Your balance appears in the credits pill and on Profile.
- If checkout fails, confirm Stripe is configured and try again from Profile → Buy credits
- Credits are used when a generation starts; failed jobs may refund reserved credits depending on the failure path
- For payment disputes on a Stripe charge, contact us with the approximate purchase time and email used at checkout
- Packs are one-time purchases (Starter / Plus / Ultimate) — not a medical subscription
Common questions
Do I need an account?
You can start as a guest on your device. Optionally tap Continue with Google on Profile to verify your account and keep credits and creations across devices.
Google sign-in isn’t available
Google sign-in requires a configured Web Client ID. If you see a configure hint, sign-in isn’t enabled in that environment yet. You can still use guest mode and email us for help.
My generation failed or is stuck
Check your credit balance, wait for the job to finish (or fail), then try again. Network issues and model-provider outages can delay results. If it keeps failing, email support with the approximate time and product name.
What ultrasound works best?
Clearer 3D/4D frames where the face is visible usually work best for Baby Face Reveal and Baby Reveal Video. 2D can work with more variation. Crop machine UI when you can.
Are results medical?
No. UltFace creates artistic entertainment keepsakes only — not medical imaging, diagnosis, or clinical advice. See our Terms of Service.
Will my baby look exactly like the preview?
No. Resemblance is not guaranteed. Treat every output as an imaginative keepsake, not a prediction.
How do I delete my account or data?
Use Profile → Delete account, or follow Account deletion and Data deletion.
